    Join Amrika for a quiet devotional gathering rooted in classical yogic tradition. Includes a vedic scripture reading, mantra learning and chanting, and guided meditation to begin the week grounded and clear. This is not a physical asana class, but a space for listening, chanting, contemplation, and connection—rooted in classical yogic tradition and offered in the spirit of generosity and community. Come as you are, rest in sacred sound and wisdom, and begin the week aligned, nourished, and grounded.

  • Radical Beginnings | Women at the Root of Change

    A 6-week workshop for women who feel the need to explore their authentic essence as they embrace inner and outer change, designed for women at any point in their lives who are longing for renewal, clarity, and a deeper sense of purpose — in their relationships, work, creativity, and inner lives. Rooted in seasonal reflection, gentle movement, and guided journaling. Each session invites women into a process of becoming — like a seed splitting, a chrysalis breaking, a self remembering who she is beneath obligation and expectation.

    This 4-week postpartum series with Shauna is an opportunity to discover the healing practices of yoga with your baby present. We will support the recovery that your body, mind & heart need with movement and breath practices, all while connecting with yourself, your baby and supportive community.

    Welcome to our new Yoga for Peri/Menopause monthly workshop series! Join Tammy to focus on a different aspect of the menopause experience and how yoga can support wellness during this time of transition. We’re continuing in March with a focus on the hormonal changes during perimenopause and menopause cthat an influence mood, mental clarity, and emotional steadiness. In this workshop, we will use practical strategies, along with yoga practices that use movement, breath, and rest to support mood, improve energy, and promote mental clarity.

We’ll practice movement for ease and support, as well as breath and mindfulness practices to relax and nourish the mind. This series with Shauna is for all pregnant bodies and includes practices to support birth, as well as time for discussion. Previous yoga experience is not necessary.

Using images, words, textures, and intuitive placement, we will explore manifestation not as force—but as alignment. This is a ritual of intention and intuition at play. Developed by Yasodhara Ashram founder Swami Sivananda Radha, the Hidden Language of Hatha Yoga incorporates written reflection, guided visualization along with traditional yoga asanas. Join guest instructor Ruth Campbell to learn to listen more effectively to the wisdom of your body, emerging with greater clarity about what your life is really about.

Shell & Anton will move through a grounding and intentional philosophy & discussion to reflect on Vairagya and how it shows up in our modern lives, with space for self-reflection and journaling.
