Sunday Satsang
Join Amrika for a quiet devotional gathering rooted in classical yogic tradition. Includes a vedic scripture reading, mantra learning and chanting, and guided meditation to begin the week grounded and clear. This is not a physical asana class, but a space for listening, chanting, contemplation, and connection—rooted in classical yogic tradition and offered in the spirit of generosity and community. Come as you are, rest in sacred sound and wisdom, and begin the week aligned, nourished, and grounded.

PRENATAL YOGA SERIES
Try yoga to support a more comfortable pregnancy and help empower and prepare for birth. We’ll practice movement for ease and support, as well as breath and mindfulness practices to relax and nourish the mind. This series with Shauna is for all pregnant bodies and includes practices to support birth, as well as time for discussion. Previous yoga experience is not necessary.

BEYOND ASANA
A 4-Week immersion into Patanjali’s Eight Limbs of Yoga Philosophy, Beyond Asana is a contemplative yoga philosophy series for students who wish to experience yoga as more than physical postures. Rooted in the Yoga Sutras and the classical Hatha tradition, this series with Amrika explores yoga as a living, integrated path for everyday life. Each class weaves together accessible philosophy, pranayama, meditation, and reflection. No prior study of yoga philosophy is required—only a willingness to slow down, turn inward, and explore yoga beyond movement.
