    Ease into the weekend and join Belize for outdoor gentle yoga flow at beautiful Linden Gardens, Kaleden. Each class creates a space for you to breathe deeply and reconnect with yourself through mindful movement, breath and meditation. Open to all levels- come as you are, and leave feeling grounded and refreshed.

  • WATER YOGA

    Join Michela at the beach for a refreshing summer practice of water yoga. This 45 minute class will begin on the beach with grounding, pranayama and warm-ups, followed by 30 minutes of practice in the shallow water and a traditional restful savasana. Location is the beach at beautiful Marina Way Park, just east of the Penticton Art Gallery.

  • First Light: Flow & Sound in the Park

    Join Nicole for a peaceful summer morning beneath the open sky at Marina Way Park as we greet the day together. Through flowing movement, mindful breath, and a nourishing sound journey, we will awaken the body, clear the mind, and reconnect to the natural rhythm within. Before the world grows busy, gift yourself a moment to slow down, connect, and begin the day from a place of presence.

  • Postnatal Yoga Series

    This 4-week postpartum series with Shauna is an opportunity to discover the healing practices of yoga with your baby present. We will support the recovery that your body, mind & heart need with movement and breath practices, all while connecting with yourself, your baby and supportive community. Outside at beautiful Mariposa Park.

  • Chakra Journey: Yoga Nidra & Gong Bath

    An evening of profound rest, sound, and inner exploration. Through a guided Chakra Yoga Nidra, we will gently journey through the body’s seven primary energy centres, inviting balance, awareness, and spaciousness from root to crown. As the body settles into deep relaxation, the healing vibrations of the gong will wash through the space, supporting release, restoration, and a return to inner harmony.

     Simply come as you are and allow yourself to rest, receive, and reconnect with the energies within you.

  • PRENATAL YOGA SUnday SERIES

    Try yoga to support a more comfortable pregnancy and help empower and prepare for birth. We’ll practice movement for ease and support, as well as breath and mindfulness practices to relax and nourish the mind. This 6-week series with Shauna is for all pregnant bodies and includes practices to support birth and postpartum. Previous yoga experience is not necessary.

    Sundays at 11:00 AM | September 13th - October 18th

  • Prenatal Yoga Wednesday Series

    Try yoga to support a more comfortable pregnancy and help empower and prepare for birth. We’ll practice movement for ease and support, as well as breath and mindfulness practices to relax and nourish the mind. This 4-week series with Shauna is for all pregnant bodies and includes practices to support birth, as well as time for discussion. Previous yoga experience is not necessary.
