Hidden Language of Hatha Yoga Workshop
Hatha yoga is a wonderful way to strengthen the body and improve our flexibility. Hidden Language Yasodhara Hatha yoga is an opportunity to strengthen and increase the flexibility of our mind as well as open our heart. Developed by Yasodhara Ashram founder Swami Sivananda Radha this method of Hatha incorporates written reflection, guided visualization along with traditional Hatha yoga asanas. During class we learn to listen more effectively to the wisdom of our bodies, emerging with greater clarity about what our life is really about.
