  • Parent and Child Solstice Yoga

    Celebrate the winter solstice and join Tessie in supporting the childrenofsumatra for this special workshop. Spend time to connect with your child as you explore movement, breath and stillness together. Learn poses to practice together, playful yoga flows and share love and light with each other and beyond. All funds from this class will be donated to aid families who have been effected by the devastation caused by floods and land slides in North Sumatra and Ache. Open to any parent, grandparent, or adult caregiver and children ages 7-11.

    A Return to Light | Come breathe. Come rest. Come receive the solstice in sound.     Have you ever felt that yoga, as it’s often presented, wasn’t designed with your body in mind? This four-week yoga series is curated for large abundant bodies to find ease in ANY yoga class. This series offers practical, skillful tools to support alignment, mobility and strength without pressure to shrink, strain, or perform. Through intentional use of props, wider stances, slower pacing, and thoughtful alignment, we explore how to create room for breath, movement, and ease. Build confidence and a more loving relationship with movement and your beautiful Self.

  • The Yoga of Tarot: An Embodied Journey of Self-Realization

    A deep, embodied exploration of the Tarot as a sacred map of consciousness and self-realization. In this workshop, we unravel the historical roots of Tarot and its evolution as a symbolic language for inner transformation, illuminating how the 22 Major Arcana mirror the yogic path of awakening. You’ll learn how to invite the Tarot into your personal meditation practice and daily life as a tool for reflection, inquiry, and intuitive guidance; beyond prediction, into presence. No prior knowledge required, only curiosity and willingness to meet yourself on the mat and beyond.

  • Pain Care Education Series

    This series is designed for those living with persistent (chronic) pain and for those who love or live with those who live with pain. We learn about the science of the nervous system, brain, and pain, and yogic skills to help move with more ease and less pain.

  • YIN TWISTS

    Join Kassandra for 2 hours of supported yin poses with an emphasis on twists. Gentle side bends, forward bends, and back bends will also be included to provide a balanced practice and to support the spine in all of it's ranges of movement.
