    Join Tessi for a playful children’s yoga class where we connect with our bodies through movement, make believe, breath, songs, stories and mindfulness practices. Ages 5-8.

  • PRENATAL YOGA SERIES

    Try yoga to support a more comfortable pregnancy and help empower and prepare for birth. We will practice gentle stretching and strengthening movements for ease and support, as well as breath and mindfulness practices to relax and nourish. No previous yoga experience needed. A 6-week series with Shauna.

  • Postnatal Yoga Series

    This 4-week postpartum series with Shauna is an opportunity to discover the healing practices of yoga with your baby present. We will support the recovery that your body, mind & heart need with movement and breath practices while connecting in supportive community. Join us outside in the park for the month of June!

  • An Evening of Bhakti & Kirtan

    Embark on a transformative live musical exploration with special guest facilitators Shell and Anton as they guide you through the ancient Yogic practice of Kirtan. This immersive chanting experience delves into centuries-old techniques aimed at nurturing a tranquil heart and fostering a serene meditative state. No experience necessary. We chant to express, not to impress!

    Join guest facilitator Raina Dawn for a slow evening of mindful, juicy Iyengar-style restorative yoga and breathwork.   • The Ripple Effect Yoga & Sound Festival

    The 2nd annual Ripple Effect is a not-for-profit yoga and sound festival hosted by Wide Arts National Association at beautiful Linden Gardens, Kaleden. Throughout the day there will be a selection of offerings that showcase the amazing studios, facilitators, and healers in the South Okanagan (including our BEhive teaching community). It is a day to learn together, create community together, lift each other up, and create ripples of kindness, love, and compassion in our communities.

  • 200 HR Yoga Teacher Training
